Policies…

All rates are based on single or double occupancy, plus sales tax and bed tax. All rates are subject to the Hawaii Hotel Tax (currently at 9.25%) and a General Excise Tax (currently at 4.167%). A deposit equal to 25% of the total room charge is required to confirm reservations. Balance is due 14 days prior to check-in. One night stays require full payment up front. Rates and charges may change without notice.

While reservations are normally for a minimum of 2 nights, one night stays are available with an additional $50.00 charge. Please call to confirm/book a one night stay.

We reserve the right for a time period of up to 30 days prior to check-in during which time if a Guest cancels, South Kona Hideaway retains the equivalent of the first night's stay from the Guest, or a time period of up to 14 days prior to check-in during which time if a Guest cancels, South Kona Hideaway retains the entire amount of the reservation. Partial stays are non-refundable. No shows warrant a charge in Total.

Smoking inside the inn, or on the outdoor decks, is prohibited.

Smoking is permitted outside in the gardens and parking area.

Check-in time is 3:00-6:00 pm/Check-out time is 11:00 am.
